About
I’m an engineer in California. I write mostly about programming, and in the past have written about organizational behavior and logic. I keep a small website at ted.io. I like Dutch painting, and also other things.
I was an early software engineer at Simple, building banking software for humans. I was then a systems engineer at GitHub, and later served as VP of Engineering and CTO there. I’ve also done some small open source projects over the years, like an API to the BBC’s Shipping Forecast.
Of late I co-founded Cased to help engineering teams run things better.
